On May 1, 2025, La Cosina, a favorite Raton restaurant, will be celebrating 60 years of providing our community with their great food and authentic family recipes. Bernie and Carlos Casados, an amazing team in the kitchen, put love and passion into the food that they prepare and serve to the delight of their customers. The Casados family has been operating out of the same building at 745 South Third Street in Raton since it opened 60 years ago . The restaurant atmosphere is comforting and welcoming and provides a great place for family and friends to enjoy an authentic New Mexican meal on Thursday and Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
