The Behavioral Health Reform Act requires that individuals in each Region (Colfax County is in Region 8) be given the opportunity to share their ideas about what is needed to improve behavioral health services in their area. There is an in-person listening session scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Colfax County Building. 230 N. Third St., Raton, NM 87740, in the County Commission Chambers on the third floor from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There is also a virtual listening session scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 12 noon to 1:30 pm.
