Park Alert: Eagle Nest Lake’s surface is temporarily closed to all boating, ice-fishing, walking, and similar activities due to recent winter weather conditions that have rendered the lake’s surface unsafe. This closure applies to all watercraft, including canoes, kayaks, inflatables, and motorboats of any kind. Park staff are actively monitoring the ice conditions to determine when it will be safe to resume ice fishing and other activities.
