| We invite all interested community members, local food entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, farmers, caterers, and nonprofits to a public meeting to discuss and gather input on the creation of a shared, commercial-grade community kitchen in the historic Presbyterian Church (now known as the Raton Hub).
Why a Commercial Community Kitchen?
This initiative aims to provide a licensed space for local producers to prepare, package, and market their food products, fostering local business growth and enhancing food access in our community.

- Share Your Vision: What is your ideal commercial kitchen space?
- How Will You Use It?: Gathering ideas for potential uses and operating models
- Organizing Input: Brainstorming and prioritizing ideas on a shared whiteboard

Input meeting will be on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Raton Hub (old Presbyterian Church), 300 S 3rd St in Raton.
