Posted April 12, 2025. Miners’ Colfax Medical Center (the Hospital) is continuing to improve its Environmental Plant.
During the week of April 14-18, 2025, The Hospital will install new air conditioning units causing The Hospital Leadership to alter access to The Hospital as follows:
- The Emergency Room Entrance:
~ Will be closed on Tuesday (4/15/2025) from 7a-5p
~ Patients, Visitors, and staff will be directed to enter/exit through the Main Hospital Entrance
~ Staff within The Hospital will assist persons to the Emergency Room.
~ These changes do not impact the Ambulance Entrance for Emergencies.
~ We anticipate normal operations to resume after 5p on Tuesday. - The ER remains open during construction
