Posted May 14, 2025. MCMC employees marked National Hospital Week with a lighthearted pie-in-the-face event featuring senior leadership. CEO Brian Roland spearheaded the initiative, which enabled staff to purchase pies for $5 to throw at participating senior leaders, including Rhonda Moniot, CNO, Lonny Medina, CFO, Barbara Duran, HR, and Stephen Kelley, LTC Administrator. A highlight of the event was Scott Parker with payroll taking a pie in the face for $100, raised in mere minutes. The event fostered a playful atmosphere, with staff and leaders alike enjoying the camaraderie.
