- Player Auction preceding dinner on Friday evening at 5:30 in the Pinon Club
- 1st and 2nd flights, shotgun at 7:30 AM Saturday, 1:30 PM Sunday
- 3rd and 4th flights shotgun at 1:30 PM Saturday, 7:30 AM Sunday
- Entry fee $200/person, Mulligans, carts and dinner guests extra
