Hal Porter has been an active participant in the Colfax County Fair, the New Mexico Farm and Livestock Bureau and Colfax County agricultural life. The New Mexico CowBelles non-profit organizations serves as the premier women’s agricultural organization for promoting and supporting the New Mexico Beef Industry through education.
