Are you a small business or entrepreneur in rural New Mexico?
Please join us for an info session to discover funding opportunities now available to rural business owners in our area on Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. (sic) at 130 Park Ave. in Raton, NM.
We know and understand the challenges of finding funding and how small businesses in rural New Mexico struggle to access a traditional bank loan. As a result, Raton Mainstreet and The Center for Community Innovation have partnered together to recruit 12-15 business candidates to join a business idea lab or boot camp and gain access to funding opportunities hosted by the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute and B:Side Fund.
Businesses working alongside and entering into workshops and applying for funds with RMMFI and B:Side Fund have a high success rate.
Workshops will aim to help entrepreneurs gather everything they need to know as a business owner plus the information and technical assistance needed to apply for funding.
The info session is FREE and light refreshments will be served.
