The Arthur Johnson Memorial Library recently enjoyed a new look after the exterior of the former post office building underwent a paint job. Quite an improvement. The fresh paint goes very well with the cleaned up grounds around the library that the Raton Rotary provided during one of its clean up Saturdays.
