June 22, 2024 6:30 PM Capulin Volcano National Monument Visitor Center –
On Saturday, June 22, come out to experience Capulin Volcano under the setting sun! Learn about the history of Capulin Volcano National Monument, three main types of volcanoes, and the Raton-Clayton Volcanic Field at sunset. There will be a guided ranger hike around the rim. The hike will begin at the Visitor Center at 6:30 PM.
