Saturday, May 4, is the 2024 dog and cat certificate sale. 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Tractor Supply from 10:00-4:00. There will be two tables set up; one table for dog certificates and one table for cat certificates.
The certificates are discounted prices for pet owners to get their pets spayed or neutered at Raton Veterinary Hospital.
The Ratonian mission is to promote Raton by providing information about events and activities, not just after the fact, but before the event, so that our community can attend those events and activities.

The Ratonian may not have as much news this week due to the fact the the editor, Laura Brewer, has been busy traveling for medical services for husband, Hal Brewer who has been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. Assistant Editor Deb Stetser has taken the lead, doing a great job getting The Ratonian updated this past week.
