🔥Class/program description:

💪Women N’ Weights- All women’s weightlifting class that meets 3 times a week. Class includes proper warm-up, core component, a well-designed weightlifting program that builds upon it self!

💪Kids Kickboxing – Ages 5-12 will learn the basic punches and kicking moves while getting a core and cardio component in.

💪Power Glutes and Core – 30 mins of building those glutes muscles and core! Fun, high beat workout!

💪Weightlifting – Co-ed weightlifting program that includes mobility, core, a well-designed progressive strength training program.

💪Senior Fitness – Meets twice a week for a well-rounded fitness class designed just for seniors. Class includes proper warm-up, core activation, strength training, balance, endurance, etc.

💪Yoga – Enjoy a basic yoga class taught by the Gina Ojeda. Every week is a different experience!

💪Athletic Development- Grades 3-12th. Program includes core proper warm-up and cool-down, mobility, injury prevention, core activation, conditioning, plyometrics, speed training, strength training, sports nutrition education, goal setting, mindset, leadership, etc!

💪Powerhouse Tabata- Enjoy a quick 30 min workout that blast the calories while working the whole body! Tabata style workout is 20 sec of work followed by 10 seconds for 8 rounds!

💪 Hiking Group Meet up: Completely free meet up for anyone who wants to hiking with others! Meet at the parking lot of Climax Canyon in Raton, NM.

💪Aqua Stretching- Enjoy an hour long guided stretching routine in the water at Raton Aquatic Center!

💪Healthy Back Series – Proper warm-up, core and back strengthening exercises, and stretching to improve your back strength and flexibility. Educational component to this class to further your progress with creating a healthy, strong back.

💪Booty Blast – Enjoy a 30 min booty class using booty bands and body weight! This is a fun, high beat class that flies by!

💪Mystery Movement – NEW CLASS!!! Friday mornings at 9am. This class is different every week! It could be tabata style, dancing, step aerobics, agility, balance, stability, etc, This class is 30-40 mins and is always something different!
