This October 20-26, for the third straight year, your NRA Whittington Center will be hosting our Women’s Wilderness Escape – a one-of-a-kind, life-changing experience for women ages 18 and older. This unique Whittington Center program offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn shooting, hunting and outdoor skills – including shooting fundamentals, firearm safety and marksmanship skills in rifle, pistol, shotgun, and archery – all led by certified NRA Instructors. With at least one instructor for every three participants, we’re able to tailor the program to each of our participants as needed, with individualized training for an optimal learning experience.
Our Escape is truly all-inclusive – with lodging, meals, firearms, ammunition and instruction all covered in a single fee. Each year, our participants leave with a sense of empowerment and achievement that they’ll carry with them every day of their lives, and with new friendships to cherish for years to come.
